Adaptation is good. Micro-vacuum pumps are usually driven by alternating current, while solid-state relays are more compatible with alternating current, which can not only cope with voltage fluctuations and current changes, but also adapt to different frequencies of alternating current. The reaction speed is fast. Solid-state relays use semiconductor devices as switches, so the response speed is very fast, and can be turned on and off in an instant, so as to ensure the stability of the working state of the vacuum pump.
